The Analytics Research Institute (“ARI”) is committed to maintaining objectivity and integrity in research supported by the U.S. Public Health Service, including research funded by or conducted under agreements with the National Institutes of Health.

ARI maintains a Financial Conflict of Interest Policy in accordance with 42 CFR Part 50, Subpart F, and 45 CFR Part 94.

Requests for Financial Conflict of Interest Information

ARI provides information concerning certain identified Financial Conflicts of Interest held by senior/key personnel, as required by applicable federal regulations.

To request this information, please email with the subject line “FCOI Information Request.”

Please include:

• Your name and email address;
• The name of the ARI Investigator, if known;
• The applicable research project, award, or contract, if known; and
• A description of the information requested.

ARI will provide a written response within five business days of receiving a sufficiently specific request.

Information provided in response to a request will be current as of the date of ARI’s response and may be updated at least annually or within 60 days after ARI identifies a new reportable Financial Conflict of Interest. Updated information may be obtained by submitting a subsequent request.
