FAQs
Who Should Take ARI Courses?
Some courses are meant for analysts themselves, while others are meant for leadership level to increase data science fluency and give greater perspective for managing teams of analytic professionals.
How Do I Access My Course?
If your course is online, a meeting invitation should have been provided to you by email at least a week in advance of the course, and another email with joining instructions will be sent in the morning on the day of training, at least one hour before the course is scheduled to begin. If your course has been scheduled in person, please contact your direct supervisor.
Are There Prerequisites or Language Requirements?
Many courses do not require pre-requisites, however, students need to attend introductory classes before proceeding to specialized courses. If a pre-requisite is required, it will be clearly identified on the course description page. Prior experience or expertise will be accepted in place of pre-requisite requirements. All classes are taught in English.
My Payment Did Not Go Through. What Do I Do?
If your payment did not complete, contact us at 202.643.4739 to provide an alternate card or account number. Do not email card or account information. Alternatively you can contact us at info@the-ari.com.
How Does Online Learning Work?
Online learning with the ARI is similar to in-person training. Our classes are instructor-led and interactive, engaging students in the material. Classes are offered through web conferencing software that allows for multiple presentation techniques and means of participation.
